Federico Colli plays our piano

The world renowned and winner of the Leeds International Piano Competition Federico Colli came to Milton Keynes last weekend to play Grieg’s Piano Concerto with the MK Orchestra. Poor Federico had no piano on which to practice so the leaders of the orchestra contacted Claire to see if she could help by allowing Federico to use our baby grand in the practice. If you were passing the practice last Saturday afternoon and evening you would have heard Federico and conductor Damien Iorio practising. Many people on their way to the Hub stopped outside to listen to this virtuoso and were mesmerised by Federico’s talent and expertise.
